Iranian parliament approves budget bill outlines

TEHRAN- After approving the outlines of the government’s proposed budget for the next Iranian calendar year (starting on March 21, 2018) Iranian Parliament (Majlis) started investigating the bill in detail on Wednesday, IRNA reported.

From the total of 261 parliament members present in the session, 182 MPs voted in favor of the bill, 73 were against, while six MPs abstained.

The parliament had rejected the bill outlines on Sunday.
